BALTIMORE – RWD Technologies, LLC (RWD), a company that develops and implements organizational performance solutions, today announced the appointment of Michele Wise as vice president and head of its Healthcare Solutions Division.    Jim Parish, executive vice president of the RWD Performance Group, stated the new position was created in response to the U.S. healthcare’s market boom.  Wise is now responsible for all division sales, marketing, and operations activities and reports directly to Parish. She plans to build on RWD’s existing healthcare business by increasing its market presence and expanding RWD solutions portfolio to address the growing needs of healthcare providers, their staff and patients.

Prior to her promotion, Wise was vice president for the Enterprise Learning Solutions Group, where she was responsible for sales and operations of an RWD division covering the Eastern U.S.  She also directed and managed consulting services engagements for RWD’s Fortune 500 clients. Before joining RWD, Wise worked in the financial services industry.
